ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Any use of the website [SL Safari Website] “Site”, or written communication with SL Safari, for the purposes of travel arrangements, confirms that you fully accept the following booking conditions.

Packaged Tours and Vehicle Hiring Conditions

An advance of 50% from the total quoted value is required to book the tour or the vehicle. The balance 50% should be paid anytime before your booked date of the tour or vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of non-payment or partial payment and will inform you of this. Bookings should be paid by Bank Transfer or Credit Card using our secure online payment system.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Packaged Tours and Vehicle Hiring:

• Before 24 hours – Full refund

• No Show – No refund

Itinerary Changes by SL Safari

SL Safari always sticks to the schedule. However, in unavoidable circumstances, we may need to make adjustments, such as an emergency change of accommodation while you are on holiday. In such circumstances, we will refund you appropriately where applicable.

Itinerary Changes Requested By You

SL Safari’s aim is to offer flexible itineraries. Once an itinerary is finalised and paid, requests for changes will be considered subject to our availability and any additional costs that may apply.

Flight Times and Other Essentials

SL Safari will not be responsible for flight delays and additional expenses resulting from flight delays. You must also ensure that your travel documents, passports, visas, driving licence, insurance details and money are in order.

Insurance

Every client of SL Safari, without exception, must possess valid travel insurance, and details of the policy must be provided before travel. Clients must ensure that this travel insurance offers acceptable cover for the type of holiday undertaken. We may refuse travel for clients who are insufficiently insured.

Health

All tourists are strongly advised to verify recommended inoculations, the need for malaria tablets, and to obtain other medical advice where their own health record suggests it is necessary, at least a month before travel.
